Is the battery removable for charging?
Yes, all ADO E-Bike models feature a high-capacity lithium battery that is both removable and lockable, allowing you to charge it either on the bike or separately at your convenience.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Are ADO E-Bikes waterproof?
Our bikes are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
