Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and packed securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to be sent back to our inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
